| | 3 mile morning run + afternoon: 1/2 mile warm up + 2 mile warm up + 3 - 1000's on the track + 4 - 200's + 1 mile cool down + weights = super hard day! I told my parents I'm not doing success academy this morning and they're super pissed off at me so I want to prove to them that I'm not wasting my high school career by being supa, hecka fast! So, today was tough but whatever, bring it on!😈

| | 3 mile morning run + 1/2 mile warm up + 2 1/2 mile warm up + 15 minute tempo run + 1 mile cool down + weights = SUCCESSFUL RUN (lol cause success.. Haha sorry mom😉) but seriously it was awesome! Tempo runs are LIFE. And weights make you get swoll so that's great😎

hurricane all comers (1 Miles) 00:05:55 | | 1 mile warm up + 1 mile race + 2 mile cool down = Awesome day for my first ever track meet! I didn't run last year because my foot was broken😳 so this was my VERY first ever official track meet😱 I ran well, but definitely not well enough! But it was fun so that's good!💁

| | 2 1/2 miles on the treadmills inside the gym on the cruise ship + 2 miles on the 200m track on the top of the ship = kind of boring, but different run! I've never had to do 16 laps at once so it was a new thing for me!😂

| | 2 1/2 miles on the treadmill + 2 1/2 on the track again = dizzy run and 20 laps this time! All we could see is ocean while we were running so it was super cool!

| | 3 mile morning run with coach Powell😎💁 + 2 1/2 mile warm up + 2 by 1000's + 2 by 400's + 2 by 300's all out + 1 mile cool down = awesome workout AND AN ICE BATH coming off of spring break! My legs are a lit(a lot)tle sore but it's nothing a little rolling out can't fix!!😁😏

| | 3 mile morning run + 2 1/2 mile warm up + 3 by 400m + 1 by 800m + 2 by 400m + 2 by 200m + 1 mile cool down + weights = supa hard day that sucked so bad I wanted to shoot myself in the leg so I could have an excuse not to run!😂😌 I even hit most my times, but MY LEGS AND BRAIN HURT SO BAD😄🔫 ....good weather though. Very nice cloud coverage (positive thought for all this negativity😏)

| | 3 mile morning run - today it was just me and coach Powell (😂) so we ran supa fast (😒💁) but it was fun because morning runs are always fun! + 1/2 mile warm up like always + 4 mile Kenyan run + 4 by 200m starts = fun day! My legs still hurt and I have a race tomorrow and Saturday😬 but hopefully they will chill out and be feeling better for my races.😅😎

Hurricane invitationals (1 Miles) 00:06:00, Place overall: 3 | | 1 mile or less warm up because WE GOT TO THE MEET AT 2:45 AND WE RACES AT 3 AND STILL HAD TO CHANGE INTO OUR SINGLETS😡😡😤😤 anyways + 1 mile race that hurt more than 💩 because my legs hurt like 💩💩 but I still came in 3rd so that's not too bad😌 + 1 mile cool down💁

I love 400s!!😛😁 but the 100s were hard cause my speed is kind of...blahhhh😳😅 also my legs hurt like 💩 again!!😂😭 ALSO IM OFFICIALLY NOT DOING SUCCESS ACADEMY!!! Pine View invitational day 1 (1 Miles) 00:05:59 | | 2 mile warm up + 1 mile race + 1 mile cool down = nice race day!!😊 not the best, but good!

Pine View Invitational day 2 (2 Miles) 00:12:39 | | 2 mile warm up + 2 mile race which I PR'd by 6 seconds on😏 I ran a 12:39 so that's alright! + 2 mile cool down + 1 mile warm up + 800m race. I ran the medley for the first time and the 800 for the first time😂 I would say my time and place but I'd rather not😳😒 + 1 mile cool down = tiring day 2 but super fun!

It was supa hot today😏 but that's okay because it prepares us for summa🔥🔥🔥 anyways i ACTUALLY hit my times today so that's new!🙊🙉🙈 and that's about it😁 today was gooood👌

| | 5 miles easy on the ridge😌 which is probably the best run EVER out of the trails by the school. So it was fun besides the hot weather😊😊😅
