3 mile morning run + 2 1/2 mile warm up + 3 by 400m + 1 by 800m + 2 by 400m + 2 by 200m + 1 mile cool down + weights = supa hard day that sucked so bad I wanted to shoot myself in the leg so I could have an excuse not to run!😂😌 I even hit most my times, but MY LEGS AND BRAIN HURT SO BAD😄🔫 ....good weather though. Very nice cloud coverage (positive thought for all this negativity😏)
