3 mile morning run - today it was just me and coach Powell (😂) so we ran supa fast (😒💁) but it was fun because morning runs are always fun! + 1/2 mile warm up like always + 4 mile Kenyan run + 4 by 200m starts = fun day! My legs still hurt and I have a race tomorrow and Saturday😬 but hopefully they will chill out and be feeling better for my races.😅😎
