3 mile morning run + 2 1/2 mile warm up + 2x 1000m at 3:48 + all out cut downs starting at 350m and cutting down 50m until we reached 100. + 1 mile cool down + ice bath = awesome workout! It was supa hot today😏 but that's okay because it prepares us for summa🔥🔥🔥 anyways i ACTUALLY hit my times today so that's new!🙊🙉🙈 and that's about it😁 today was gooood👌
