3 mile morning run with coach Powell😎💁 + 2 1/2 mile warm up + 2 by 1000's + 2 by 400's + 2 by 300's all out + 1 mile cool down = awesome workout AND AN ICE BATH coming off of spring break! My legs are a lit(a lot)tle sore but it's nothing a little rolling out can't fix!!😁😏
