| | 2 mile warm up and one mile cool down+ 4-400 repeats on the track. I tried to keep up with Sam and stayed pretty close to her but she still beat me by a few seconds. I hit my time (1:26) on the first and second ones, but on the two last ones I DIED! Still pretty fun though.

| | We did a tempo run today! I ran at a 6:45-6:50 pace for 8 minutes. I felt so good, like I could've kept running forever! Note to self= On workout days eat this lunch: maple and brown sugar granola bar, cheese stick, half a turkey sandwich, a little bit of a cutie(orange thingy), snack sized bag of pretzels, and a rice crispy treat. With four 21 once waters throughout the day. And btw, ITS ALL MENTAL!:)

| | We had our kenyen run. We stayed quiet for 15 minutes! We ran the while thing at an average 8:45 pace. + four 200 meter repeats

| | Ran with only the kinder freshman 8th graders today! It was fun but super windy. For our fartlick workout we had to run against the wind so it hard but super fun at the same time! + 2mile warm up and 1 mile cool down

| | 6 by 1 minute fartlicks for our workout. I've learned to take smaller and quicker steps and it helps a lot! The first three, I had long strides... So for the last three, I took shorter steps and I was way faster and less tired at the end.

| | 2-1000's, 2-400's, 2-300's. Hard workout coming back from the break and also I have been sick so it made it even harder. I didn't hit my times but because there was quite a bit of wind, I figured: what the heck...

| | We ran out by chuckwalla or something today... It was mostly sand and rocks so I thought it was a hard trail to run on! Although I didn't keep up with the gold group, I ran with some of the bestest girls ever! So pretty much it was a fun run!!!

| | 2 mile warm up + 2 mile workout on the track. I didn't really do the workout because my foot is super sore. I have no idea why!!!! But I got my mileage in so I'm proud of that:) + 1 mile cool down
