3 mile morning run + 2 1/2 mile warm up + 2 by 1200m + 2 by 300m + 4 by 100m + 1 mile cool down + weights = awesome Monday workout!😊 the workout was cut for 3 of us I barely didn't hit my time. So that sucks but there's always next time lol😂 LOVED THE WIND TODAY THOUGH😁😁😁😁😛
