3 mile morning run + 1/2 mile warm up + 2 1/2 mile warm up + 15 minute tempo run + 1 mile cool down + weights = SUCCESSFUL RUN (lol cause success.. Haha sorry mom😉) but seriously it was awesome! Tempo runs are LIFE. And weights make you get swoll so that's great😎
