3 mile morning run + 6 miles easy = awesome run with awesome people! Lily, Sammi, and I ran down to the river and back then helped with the track meet thing💁💁💁 SO MUCH FUN😛😛😈😈

2 mile warm up + 1 mile race + 1 mile cool down = nice race! I PR'd by 6 seconds which is good but still not frickin good enough.😂😭 ALL I WANT IN LIFE IS TO BREAK 5:50😤😤😤😤😤😤 IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK ITS JUST 2 SECONDS AWAY CMON😩 anyways, then I did a nice cool down by myself so that's awesome😂😂💁

2 1/2 mile warm up + strides + 2 x 400m at 3200 pace + 4 x 400m at 1600 pace + 2 x 200m all out + 1 mile cool down = awesome run! I hit all my time again but they were only 400's so it wasn't that bad! The all outs were al little hard though because of all the Easter candy I ate!😂🙊🙊💀

3 mile morning run +  1/2 mile warm up + 4 miles easy + 4 x 200m finishes?¿ = fun day! To get our girls to run together, coach had us all tie string around our waist and we ran in a group because if someone slowed down, the string would tighten around their waist and everyone else's so we would all tell them to get their butt back to us😂💁🏽 (also I hate these new emojis😐😤) needless to say, it worked!!! We had a girl trip because I was screwing around and I feel bad about that but she's fine!😅 all I ended up with was a couple of spit stains from coach spraying his spit all over town😷 then we is 200's and those were cool I guess😂 NOW ITS TIME TO QUALIFY FOR BYU!!!!!😅😁😈

ran with my friends today!! Just like everyday I guess😂 but still it was fun! We ran at kinder hill which is sups cool and then had to turn around early because we were needed at the track meet!😈😈😎

Before practice started, I watched Olivia and Abby sign for Sac State😄 the whole time they were talking and signing, I was wondering/ hoping that that would be me someday! Me and my best friend signing for the same college to run our favorite sport together!!! Sounds like a dream come true to me🙆🏽😁

I sucked.😂💁🏽 I was put into the fast heat because of last weeks time, so I came in almost dead last... Dead 2nd to last🙆🏽😅 I won't say my time. I don't know if you can see it where I put in my mileage but yeah I am not going to say it.😊 BUT HEY YOU HAVE TO HAVE A BAD RACE IF YOU WANNA HAVE A GOOD RACE! So next meet, I'll hopefully do better!!!😇🙏🏼

It was tough but I had a former runner of desert hills come run it with me! I was super duper pissed of at pretty much everyone today so it was nice to have a workout to take all my anger out on😈😈 + we had an ice bath so it made the run even better😁👍🏼💙

6 mile morning run = great run! I ran basically everywhere it seems and learned a valuable lesson. That lesson is: birds aren't very fond of people😌😢 anyways, I felt good and kept a good pace! Also it was raining so that made it even better!😏😛

3 mile morning run + 2 1/2 mile warm up + strides + 6 x 400m at super sucky pace + 3 x 300m also at a sucky pace but not as sucky + 1 mile cool down + ice bath = sucky sucky sucky sucky sucky sucky sucky a million times sucky workout😅 my legs were trash and I didn't take my inhaler so my asthma was pretty bad😳 I hit my times though! But still, it sucked... A lot😂👍🏼

I feel sooooo much better today!😛😁 except for I got a blister on the arch of my foot and it hurts real bad👏🏼 just for a visual, it's like the size of a mento right on the ball/ arch of my foot so it sucks to run on but hey, it sucks to suck so suck it up😌👍🏼 ....(wow I just made that up I feel so cool and inspirational kind of😂😏😱)
