3 mile morning run + 2 1/2 mile warm up + strides + 3(1 x 400m @ R pace..whatever that means lol😂💁🏽..+ 200m jog + 200m @ R pace + 200m jog + 200m @ a pace that I can't remember😳 + 800m jog) + 1 mile cool down + weights! = awesome awesome awesome workout!!!😛 it was hard but supa funnnnn😎. It may have been easier if I would've had a water bottle to drink out of all day *cough cough* BRYSON AND MATTHEW😤 anyways, 'twas a good workout😌👌🏼
