3 mile morning run + 2 1/2 mile warm up + strides + 6 x 400m at super sucky pace + 3 x 300m also at a sucky pace but not as sucky + 1 mile cool down + ice bath = sucky sucky sucky sucky sucky sucky sucky a million times sucky workout😅 my legs were trash and I didn't take my inhaler so my asthma was pretty bad😳 I hit my times though! But still, it sucked... A lot😂👍🏼
