3 mile morning run + 2 1/2 mile warm up + 13 x 200m + 3 x 150m all out + recovery + 1 mile cool down = nice day for a workout!😂 it was supa supa windy so we did our 150s into the wind.😅 but coach didn't tell us how many we had we just had to go until he said stop.😂 it was awesome😎
