2 1/2 mile warm up + strides + 2 x 400m at 3200 pace + 4 x 400m at 1600 pace + 2 x 200m all out + 1 mile cool down = awesome run! I hit all my time again but they were only 400's so it wasn't that bad! The all outs were al little hard though because of all the Easter candy I ate!😂🙊🙊💀
