3 mile morning run + 2 1/2 mile warm up + strides + 3 x 1000m + 2 x 300m + 2 x 150m all out + recovery + 1 mile cool down = nice workout! It was tough but I had a former runner of desert hills come run it with me! I was super duper pissed of at pretty much everyone today so it was nice to have a workout to take all my anger out on😈😈 + we had an ice bath so it made the run even better😁👍🏼💙
