| | Worst, best run of my life! I couldn't have done it without the cute "A" girls!

| | Funnest run of my life! Ran by little black mountain telling stories with Sam kassidy and Alexis!

| | Ran a 7:25 minute pace for 6 minutes then ran like 1.5 more. + 2 mile warm up and 2 mile cool down.

| | Felt like crap today. Tried to keep up with "A" group but ended up running a slower pace with my sis. Then when we were on our way back realized we went an extra mile! So I guess it was good for an easy day.

| | Today we did 20 minutes sprinting and 10 seconds jogging around the track for 5 minutes. Sounds easy but it isn't. One of my favorite workouts though!

| | Today i went to practice at 8 am and did a hard 5.5 miles. Then, went hiking a four mile hike at zions. + 30 minutes conditioning at gymnastics. FUN DAY:/

| | Today I had really bad cramps the whole run! Or in other words, today SUCKED!

| | Today I had 2 one mile repeats. I was supposed to go at a 6:48 minute pace but did a 7:08 minute pace. Today was super fun though!

| | Today Sam told me I was one of the last silver girls. So I told myself I can be a gold girl for a day. Even though I may not have been right there with all the girls I still had at least one girl by my side. Whoot whoot! I'm slowly climbing up the ladder!

| | Mile repeats today. Whoot whoot!!!!! I ran 2 one mile repeats. The first mile at a 6:36 min pace (btw that's my fastest mile yet) and the second mile I ran a 7:20 pace.😄

Dogtown (3 Miles) 00:23:03, Place overall: 14, Place in age division: 8 | | Half mile warm up and cool down. The race sucked. I felt like I was holding my breathe through the whole thing. But, for my first 5k.... I don't think I did too bad.

| | I totally pulled a muscle in my butt! Talk about ouch! So i just jogged while everyone else did 1000's. Oh and my first ICE BATH was today<--- I'm in love!

| | Me and Sam and Alexis went running out behind the intersection on river road. We got followed by a creepy truck thing and so we ran on the parts of the mountain that had no trails! It was super super duper fun!

| | 2 mile warm up and one mile cool down+ 4-400 repeats on the track. I tried to keep up with Sam and stayed pretty close to her but she still beat me by a few seconds. I hit my time (1:26) on the first and second ones, but on the two last ones I DIED! Still pretty fun though.

| | We did a tempo run today! I ran at a 6:45-6:50 pace for 8 minutes. I felt so good, like I could've kept running forever! Note to self= On workout days eat this lunch: maple and brown sugar granola bar, cheese stick, half a turkey sandwich, a little bit of a cutie(orange thingy), snack sized bag of pretzels, and a rice crispy treat. With four 21 once waters throughout the day. And btw, ITS ALL MENTAL!:)

| | Ran with only the kinder freshman 8th graders today! It was fun but super windy. For our fartlick workout we had to run against the wind so it hard but super fun at the same time! + 2mile warm up and 1 mile cool down

| | 6 by 1 minute fartlicks for our workout. I've learned to take smaller and quicker steps and it helps a lot! The first three, I had long strides... So for the last three, I took shorter steps and I was way faster and less tired at the end.

| | We ran out by chuckwalla or something today... It was mostly sand and rocks so I thought it was a hard trail to run on! Although I didn't keep up with the gold group, I ran with some of the bestest girls ever! So pretty much it was a fun run!!!

| | I ran today for the first time in 3 1/2 weeks! Although I was biking, I have lost most everything! I guess I always thought those cool comeback runners were cool... Like the ones who were injured really bad and then came out on top with hard work.... Now I realize that they are cool stories but not cool experiences. This comeback should be fun;)

| | 3 miles on the turf for the second time:/ even at a slow pace it's the hardest thing ever. I wish a lot of things would happen to a lot of people but I never would wish this on anybody!

| | I ran around the turf today while the team did 200's... I tried to race Alexis on a few of hers but inwas in the turf so it wasn't as far! But, I did manage to make it through the whole 2 mile warm up with sammi:):)
