3 mile morning run +2 1/2 mile warm up, then an awesome card game workout, then 1 mile cool down
1/2 mile warm up+ 5 miles easy towards The bike trails by Walmart
2 mile morning run + 2 1/2 mile warm up + 1600 on the track, 1600 on the road x2 , 1200 on the track, 800 on the track , all out 400 on the track! Coach finally owes me dinner!😂 + 1 mile cool down
