We did a tempo run today! I ran at a 6:45-6:50 pace for 8 minutes. I felt so good, like I could've kept running forever! Note to self= On workout days eat this lunch: maple and brown sugar granola bar, cheese stick, half a turkey sandwich, a little bit of a cutie(orange thingy), snack sized bag of pretzels, and a rice crispy treat. With four 21 once waters throughout the day. And btw, ITS ALL MENTAL!:)
