3 mile morning run + 1/2 mile warm up + 5 miles easy + 8 x 100m strides = awesome run!!!! I feel sooooo much better today!😛😁 except for I got a blister on the arch of my foot and it hurts real bad👏🏼 just for a visual, it's like the size of a mento right on the ball/ arch of my foot so it sucks to run on but hey, it sucks to suck so suck it up😌👍🏼 ....(wow I just made that up I feel so cool and inspirational kind of😂😏😱)
