3 mile morning run + 1/2 mile warm up + 6.5 mile run with 8 x 1 min fartleks = nice workout.😌 but sadly, I felt a little flat and did NOT drink enough water. I was like a raisin😂 but it was still alright!

3 mile morning run + 2 1/2 mile warm up + 13 x 200m + 3 x 150m all out + recovery + 1 mile cool down = nice day for a workout!😂 it was supa supa windy so we did our 150s into the wind.😅 but coach didn't tell us how many we had we just had to go until he said stop.😂 it was awesome😎

3 mile morning run + 1/2 mile warm up + 4 miles east + 200m finishes = awesome day for a run!! Not too windy, not too sunny... PERFECT!.... Before practice started, I watched Olivia and Abby sign for Sac State😄 the whole time they were talking and signing, I was wondering/ hoping that that would be me someday! Me and my best friend signing for the same college to run our favorite sport together!!! Sounds like a dream come true to me🙆🏽😁

2 mile warm up + 1 mile race + 2 mile cool down = NO MORNING RUN TODAY!!! HOLLA🙌🏼🐒🐒 we had a race today at Dixie so that's awesome. I sucked.😂💁🏽 I was put into the fast heat because of last weeks time, so I came in almost dead last... Dead 2nd to last🙆🏽😅 I won't say my time. I don't know if you can see it where I put in my mileage but yeah I am not going to say it.😊 BUT HEY YOU HAVE TO HAVE A BAD RACE IF YOU WANNA HAVE A GOOD RACE! So next meet, I'll hopefully do better!!!😇🙏🏼

i ran at the track meet today because I was off the hook race wise!! WHOOT WHOOT😎🎉 so much fun watching my team race!!! Also, I GOT NEW SHOES TODAY HOLLA😛😛😛 my other shoes were sooooo worn out! I've had them since Nike, so that's cool😄🔫
