3 mile morning run + 2 1/2 mile warm up + strides + 8 by 400m (surging on only 3 of them) + 4 by 100m starts + 1 mile cool down + weights = awesome workout! I love 400s!!😛😁 but the 100s were hard cause my speed is kind of...blahhhh😳😅 also my legs hurt like 💩 again!!😂😭 ALSO IM OFFICIALLY NOT DOING SUCCESS ACADEMY!!! My mom had to give up my spot today because I wouldn't change my mind!😏😏😏 HOLLA🙌🙌🙌🙌
