Easy 4 miles today by Navajo lake HOLLA!💁🏽 Haven't been up there since last year when I walked half of my run😂 lol this year I did a little bit better and ran the whole thing(👏🏼) except for lily and I had to take some breaks to cough our lungs out, but it was more successful than yesterday so I'll take it!😌 now if I could just get better by tomorrow so I could actually run a workout for once in my life.😆
1/2 mile warm up + about 4 miles behind the school and on the turf.😒 painful to watch everyone run the Vo2 today.. I never thought I'd say this, but I would have loved to run that workout today😂 hopefully I'll get over whatever I've got soon... Resting all day is like being in hell. That's no exaggeration😌
After my 2 hour debate with my mom, I decided to obey and honor my parents and skip morning practice today cause last night I had a high fever and my cough was even worse. I've been trying all the Pinterest remedies and even took coaches advice on how to kill a cough.😂 I rested a TON today amd then go on a short 3 mile run and see how I feel. Sucks to suck cause I barely got through it without dying!😌 I think I'm just gonna rest some more and keep trying to kill it and see how the Vo2 goes tomorrow.😅
2 1/2 mile warm up + 3x500m uphill repeats @ 90% effort. Felt like I was going 10000% because of my cough that started about Friday morning. But anyways, I didn't do well on today's workout, in fact, I sucked!💁🏽
