1/2 mile warm up + 4 miles easy = awesome first day back to actual practice! Coach ran with us and we found out some fun stuff from him that's top secret!😏😬(Not really) and yeah I lead stretches for the first time in my whole entire 15 years of my life😎 so that was new😂 but other than that, it was just like any other awesome practice💁🏽
