2 1/2 miles on the treadmills inside the gym on the cruise ship + 2 miles on the 200m track on the top of the ship = kind of boring, but different run! I've never had to do 16 laps at once so it was a new thing for me!😂
2 1/2 miles on the treadmill + 2 1/2 on the track again = dizzy run and 20 laps this time! All we could see is ocean while we were running so it was super cool!
