tempo run out in Warner valley today! Since Mother Nature hates us, it rained again LAST NIGHT. Why in the heck does it not just rain while we are running!😂😤 but that's ok, the sucky part was the bugs.. I don't even know what they were, but they were all over! I've got so many friggen bites I might as well tell people I have chicken pox😂 but yeah the actual tempo run was fine. Not good and not terrible, just fine😌 plus we did a cool down.😎 oh yeah and we have an afternoon run today and I haven't actually ran it yet but I can tell you how that's gonna go, me Alexis and Laynee are gonna go hit up Warner valley again and run 3 miles in the hot weather.. That's about it💁🏽
