i think we got like 5 1/2 miles in today but I'm not sure.😅 anyways, we had a 1/2 mile pre warm up and then we went for a 2 mile warm up and then had some fun hill repeats😏 6 of them actually! And lucky for us, they were 1 minute long!😱 but it was good👍🏼 then we cooled down and all that jazz
