2 mile warm up + 30 min delay + 2 mile race + 1 1/2 mile cool down = terrible day at region!🎉🎉🎉 YAY I SUCKED😄.... 🔫😐 ( that is me shooting the happy guy) anyways, we warmed up and I took my magics energy jelly beans💁🏽😂 and then we got delayed so I sat inside and tightened up. Then had a 5 minute warm up with 2 strides and "raced". Not really a race, more like a workout. I just tucked in behind Alexis because I was stupid and also I felt like if I were to run too fast, I would pull something😅 but yeah I just drafted the whole race and almost got lapped so that's wonderful😌😳 but it was a good learning experience because I've never had my race delayed so I didn't know what to do😂 now I know!🎉👏🏼💁🏽💁🏽💁🏽
