3 mile morning run + 3 mile warm up + strides + supa fun relay (4x400m) + 1x300m + 1x200m + 1x150m + 1 mile cool down = awesome workout!! My relay team killed it💁🏽👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼 and after that we had some sucky finishes but whatever, it's fine now cause it's over😂
