12 mile adventure run =  fun fun fun time😛 coach thatcher had us do some tempo exercises about 5 miles in so we were all about dead when we hit mile 8. A couple miles later he surprise attacked us with another 30 second interval😂 but yeah it was s'fun to finally get off the roads and hit the trails again😁🎉

1/2 mile warm up + 4 miles easy = awesome first day back to actual practice! Coach ran with us and we found out some fun stuff from him that's top secret!😏😬(Not really) and yeah I lead stretches for the first time in my whole entire 15 years of my life😎 so that was new😂 but other than that, it was just like any other awesome practice💁🏽

1/2 mile warm up + 6 miles ea(still kind of hard)sy = today we ran. Which I wasn't really expecting since this is cross country.😌 but I did it anyway and I cried the whole time. And after, Chloe asked me how it was going and I said "oh it's going alright ! It's going.." So we laughed at me for a little while😂 and then I went home and slept for 10 minutes and then I got a text so I woke up and went Aqua jogging😛
