4 miles easy + 6x100m strides = eventful run! Me and Laynee almost caught some baby sucks but the mom came like a foot from killing us and then we talked to a crazy lady that prayed that we wouldn't get murdered and lots of other creepy/ scary things😅😂 all we wanted to do was get a run in! Was that too much to ask?!😂

2 mile warm up + 1 mile race + 1 mile cool down + around 3 miles with American fork = fun day at BYU!! I sucked it up at the racing part but the rest was fun! Me and Laynee came close to catching a duck again on our cool down😂😏.. and then we randomly ran with American Fork! I'm just super annoyed that I haven't come anywhere close to my PR for a while😤 but that's ok, I've got 3 more track seasons to get it😂💁🏽

3 mile morning run + 3 mile warm up + strides + supa fun relay (4x400m) + 1x300m + 1x200m + 1x150m + 1 mile cool down = awesome workout!! My relay team killed it💁🏽👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼 and after that we had some sucky finishes but whatever, it's fine now cause it's over😂

1/2 mile warm up + 4 miles easy + 4x200m at 80% = no morning run for the first time in forever!😢 (lol frozen😂😏) on the 4 miles, I spent my run asking would you rather questions to Matthew and answering some of his. I'm not gonna lie, we came up with some pretty bizarre ones! Then on the 200s I just tucked myself in the back of our group and tried to visualize myself catching the next girl in my race.! 'Twas very nice😂💁🏽

2 mile warm up + 1 mile race + 1 mile cool down = pretty decent race! I finally broke 5:50 again😂 ...finally. It's frustrating to only be a freshman, because I'm working hard!.. But I'm not getting super fast like I wish I was! But then I have to remember I'm only a freshman, like everyone keeps telling me😂😤 anyways, in PE today, my teacher was being a dumb but and made us run the bleachers and run around the track ON THE DAY OF REGION!😡 I was raging!!!!! But, of course, I still did it because I'm a student or whatever.😌 anyways again, the race today: we got our 2 mile warm up in plus strides and what not, and got to the starting line... And then they realized they weren't ready for us so we just kept warming up. I almost was too warmed up by the time my race actually started! On the first 200m I stayed behind the pack just to see where everyone was at and see who I could stick with. I was in the slower heat so I was up in the front of the group. At about 250m everyone dropped back and I was left in the front by myself😢 I actually love leading though so it was fun! The only other time I've lead was against only pine view and it was a JV race😏. But I still count it as leading💁🏽anyways again, the next couple of laps were a blur and then my finish sucked👏🏼😐 but it was fun and it was the last time I'll race the mile this season so yay!!!.... Wow that took a while to write😌😳

2 mile warm up + 30 min delay + 2 mile race + 1 1/2 mile cool down = terrible day at region!🎉🎉🎉 YAY I SUCKED😄.... 🔫😐 ( that is me shooting the happy guy) anyways, we warmed up and I took my magics energy jelly beans💁🏽😂 and then we got delayed so I sat inside and tightened up. Then had a 5 minute warm up with 2 strides and "raced". Not really a race, more like a workout. I just tucked in behind Alexis because I was stupid and also I felt like if I were to run too fast, I would pull something😅 but yeah I just drafted the whole race and almost got lapped so that's wonderful😌😳 but it was a good learning experience because I've never had my race delayed so I didn't know what to do😂 now I know!🎉👏🏼💁🏽💁🏽💁🏽

1/2 mile warm up + 5 miles easy =  Gatorade run! We ran from the high school to Mr. D's, bought a Gatorade, and drank it on the way back😂 it was tons of fun!

6 miles easy with Maddie Merrill😋 Maddie and I ran up a small mountain and I didnt hear her complain once! She has some great potential I'm telling you😎😎 and one day when she's famous they'll sell my blog of when we ran together and I'll become more famous than I already am💁🏽😂 that's just life😌

1/2 mile warm up + 4 miles easy = awesome first 2 1/2 miles😅 but the last 1 1/2 miles SUCKED👏🏼 it was supa hot and I was running with Laynee so I couldn't slow down (even though we kind of did at the end)😂 I think it's cause I ate too much junk food over the weekend🙊

4 miles easy in the afternoon = RIDGE HOLLA😛😛😛 we had a nice day running only 4 miles on the ridge and the best part is... WE TOOK IT EASY😱😱😱😱😱 ON THE RIDGE!!!🙊😏💁🏽😁🙏🏼👍🏼😛

6 miles not easy(😂) = awesome awesome awesome adventure run! We ran to the summit  of signal mountain and back obviously😎💁🏽 and it was supa supa fun! THERE WAS SNOW😱 and yeah it was just great!!!😇

4 miles easy = fabulous run from Orem to Provo! Lol it was from the house we are staying at to the track meet🙊 only four miles but still💁🏽 we ran with our backpacks so my shoulders are super sore but it's all good in the hood😄😅

4 miles easy = another great run from Orem to Provo again😂 also, we ran around at the meet quit a bit but that doesn't count for much! I watched lots of races today but during some of them, I went in the hotel room and played/ watched call of duty😎😂 I also watched both our girls and boys take state! It was super awesome! I wish I could've run though! Next year for sure.👍🏼 this next year I'm gonna work supa hard and surprise everyone hopefully!🙊 it was a great day! I got a picture with Conner Mantz and his grandma talked to me for like 5 minutes😂 it was awesome😂😎
