2 mile warm up + 2 mile race which I PR'd by 6 seconds on😏 I ran a 12:39 so that's alright! + 2 mile cool down + 1 mile warm up + 800m race. I ran the medley for the first time and the 800 for the first time😂 I would say my time and place but I'd rather not😳😒 + 1 mile cool down = tiring day 2 but super fun!
