3 mile morning run + afternoon: 1/2 mile warm up + 2 mile warm up + 3 - 1000's on the track + 4 - 200's + 1 mile cool down + weights = super hard day! I told my parents I'm not doing success academy this morning and they're super pissed off at me so I want to prove to them that I'm not wasting my high school career by being supa, hecka fast! So, today was tough but whatever, bring it on!😈
